The property was average, not that great , the person who was sitting at reception was very rude ,he was not listening to our complaints at all. he was only worried about money , food was average, kitchen staff was very slow , locks were not proper, it was looking like they used some local quality of products to make this hotel . please don't your money here .even cab services were high . they were sitting there only for money , they did not care about our comfort. there was the person name Kamal adhikari he was very rude .sorry to say but they spoiled my 訂房網站 .wont visit ever

The property is newly constructed. It was an amazing experience staying at the Samai. Food was amazing and staff was really cooperative and helpful. Do visit.

Property’s location, food and overall facilities were excellent. A comfortable stay from all the hustle. The staff are professional and well mannered. They will go beyond to make your stay comfortable.

I booked this place for my mother and her sister both of them are senior citizens, the property charged me around 12k for 2 nights , the ratings made me sure it will be a comfortable stay but it was totally opposite, there air conditioner was not working , there was no Hot water in the washroom and when staff was informed about these complaints they very smartly and sweetly manipulated guests to ignore the mistake and told them your meal is complimentary on us even after this i called the property after the checkout to understand the whole situation but they have a duty manager they guy straight away said do whatever you want now checkout is done and literally misbehaved over the call and disconnected the call

Great experience and stay. Property is amazing and staff is very courteous. One suggestion is that they need better Wifi on the first and second floor where guests are staying.

although the property was good, but the room was very cozy...there was a powercut in the area and they shut down the generator with their own issues which was the most disappointing part....staff was cooperative and food was also fine.
